Please ensure that you do not directly expose jewellery items and clothes to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use the highest quality of beads, embellishment materials and Jewellery and Sunlight should not affect them, too much exposure can still have an affect so be careful.

Also avoid direct perfume spray onto materials also and ensure all clothing materials ar dry cleaned to ensure optimum quality and usage.

Faults and damaged items returned to us that appear to have been caused by carelessness of such guidlines will not be honoured and returned back to the customer.
