Made to measure services

Although all our readymade ladies suits come in standard sizes we offer our customer a fitting service wherby our inhouse tailors adjust your suits according to the measurements you provide. All this without any delay in your order!

To take advantage of this you will need to do the following

1. take the following measurements in inches - Hips, Shoulders (arm to arm), Chest (across bust), Waist (Just under the bust)
2. Check the made to measure option when adding the item to the basket and enter your measurements in the following way in the measurements box -  hips xx, shoulders xx, Waist xx, Chest xx

For Designer DIY services you will need to fill in the measurements form that will be sent to you after your first consultation

Footwear Sizes

At Saayaz.com we dont sell the average shoe, all our footwear has been specifically designed for the modern lady. As our sandals and shoes are specifically designed the sizes vary by design.

For example X design size 5 may fit a UK size 5 slim fit but not size 5 wide fit. For UK Size 5 wide fit a Size 6 in the X design may be better suited.

For these reasons we ask our customers where they may be unsure to also provide the following measurements in the box provided before adding a particular item to the basket.

Please measure your foot length (toe to toe) and width exactly as indicated in the foot above. This will enable us to send you the correct size.

It is highly important you follow these guidline as return costs due to incorrect sizes will not be reimbursed.

Item Colours

Many of our items come in several colours. Although these colours are usually standard colours (Blue, Pink, Hot Pink) we understand the need that sometimes the exact shade is very important. This is why we let our customers know the exact shade on the item page. To find out the exact shade you need to download the colour Chart from this link and then to find a colour you need to the following

1. Press Ctrl+F
2. Enter the colour name exactly (even without the spaces)
3. Press Enter
