    Payment methods

    Please Note: Saayaz.com is only able to accept payment from Credit Cards that have a UK billing address through the website checkout. We may automatically cancel any orders that are received containing non-UK billing details. For some services we accept bank transfers.

    Frequent Mistakes

    Please note that Saayaz is a Buisness partner with PayPal and Nochex and we use kPortal Payment system, thanks to K4Z, who are Certified PayPal Developers, we are fully secure in all our operations. Please note that some billing information may come up as "SAYAAZ" or "NOCHEX" on your Bank Statements.

    • When using a Maestro card please enter the long payment number displayed in the centre of the card (normally 18 or 19 digits depending on the card issuer), not the smaller account number at the base of the card.
    • You need only enter an issue number for a Maestro card.
    • If your Maestro card has no issue number please choose 'none'.
    • Some Visa Delta cards have issue numbers do not enter this, as it is not necessary, and may cause payment authorisation problems when processing your order.
    • Please be aware when entering the card number that it needs to be entered as a continuous line, with no spaces or dashes.
    • Visa Delta is separate from Visa. If you have selected Visa and you are trying to enter a Visa Delta card, this system will reject the card.
    • If you are unsure as to whether your card is a Delta card, you can look for the Delta symbol (usually on the back, in the right hand corner). If your card has this symbol then you are using a Delta card.


    When will I be charged?

    You will be charged only for items that are available for dispatch. The delivery charge is levied on the first dispatch. Once the items have been dispatched, you will receive an email. For further information on delivery times see below. 

    Failed Billing

    If there has been a problem taking payment for all or part of your order, we will contact you by email. For security purposes your order will be cancelled. In order to resubmit your order you will need to add the items to your cart again and reprocess the payment with your correct banking details.

    Stock will need to be re allocated to your order. Saayaz.com cannot be held responsible if the items are out of stock when replacing the order.

    Delivery Methods

    Free Standard delivery

    • All items are sent by Recorded delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
    • 7 - 14 working days.
    • Express Delivery £4.95 (3-5 working days)

    Only one delivery charge will be applied to each order. If the items are shipped separately you will not be charged multiple delivery. However it will state delivery on each delivery note to show that delivery has been covered for the package.

    It is advised to allow up to 21 working days for delivery for Standard Delivery and 14 working days for express delivery due to the courier service delays before a parcel can be deemed missing or lost.

    Custom Orders and designer DIY orders have different lead times which will be advised at the time of placing your order. They vary from 3 weeks to 12 weeks.
